Spent a lot of time at that park in 2000. Really peaceful. Hope you got there on a Sunday to appreciate the costume party at Harajaku station…well worth the trip for the culture shock value!
I’ve heard about those kids. Will definitely get there on a weekend to photograph the fashion victims.
