I voted on the the NEW 7 Wonders of the World.
You can even wager on the results.
There’s no shortage of lists of world wonders. Howard Hillman combined them ALL on one quite complete list.
But Brian posed a question. What are the wonders of the 20th century and later?
We had trouble coming up with many:
Millau Viaduct (new bridge in France)
Guggenheim Museum Bilbao (Spain)
Itaipu Dam (Brazil / Paraguay)
Are these worthy?
Leave a comment below if you can think of any others.

The International Space Station is new, a wonder, and beats all the others for engineering, innovation, and complexity (not to mention altitude) …but perhaps it doesn’t qualify, on account of being arguably not part of this world.

Ah, Bilbao
what a lovely town. Was there with Saltimbanco – but never got inside the damned Museum – closed on my days off!
