When an outside door opens, there is an immediate current of ice mist that roils in from outside. We do not stand around and admire it, nor do we linger and appreciate the physical processes at their natural play, though really I suppose we might. Instead, despite our amazement, there are immediate self-preservational cries of “Shut the door!!” followed by a satisfying solid click as the outside elements are left to wait till the next time one of us must open the door.
And you got a bit of rain, eh? Pity.
And Vancouver is a winter wonderland. About a foot of snow in North Van, and a snow day for most schools. Jake was in hog heaven.
