    Ah, she’s a beauty! Although not exactly a symbol of voluntary simplicity, perhaps a wonderful reminder of the world we sprang from. Clean lines, an undeniable sense of purpose, and a ridiculous over-arching sense of optimism that doesn’t just allow that green but insists upon it.
    Still, as fine as this 1957 Classic is, it’s missing at least a couple of features that show in spades in that other fine 1957 Classic we have come to love. Cars may pick up a little rust but I know of at least one other, softer vehicle that has managed somehow to maintain his wry sense of humour and his keen sense of irony and tonight I raise my glass to him. HBD, bud.
