Yet they report feeling ‘better’ when face-to-face with friends, rather than on Facebook or texting them.

Yep, that’s me Rick. I am close to shut down Facebook altogether. Too much time wasted on it…cell phone is not so bad as I don’t have a smart phone – just use it to call and text (to avoid talking on it)
