Everyone who wishes to multi-task while riding a bike needs to visit Japan and take lessons from the ladies there. I have witnessed girls riding a bike while holding an umbrella, talking on a cell phone (the size of a bic lighter) and smoking a cigarette all while wearing a skirt. Really quite remarkable, and pretty entertaining too.
