the case for Israel

I’ve given up hope on any solution … short of Israel relocating to central Australia or northern Canada.

In the most recent of the never ending conflicts with Palestine, Israel is losing the American media war.

Though both sides are too blame, I feel Israel has responded with too much force. They are worse off for killing so many children than they would have been with a weaker response.

If you are certain that Israel is more to blame than Hamas, it’s time to watch this video.

Tea partiers are an amorphous bunch, & generally aren’t bogged down in foreign policy & social issues. However, most conservatives certainly hold an allegiance to Israel for various reasons. Probably the biggest reason is because Israel is the lone beacon of democracy & the free market in the middle east. Many far right social conservatives are pro-Israel for biblical reasons, or so I’ve been told. Despite being a Jewish state, Israel is very secular, & thus the main reason why they are a success story. I haven’t seen recent stats, but I believe Israel is still the largest patent producer in the world! The bigger question for me is why so many American Jews are anti-Israel. Anti-semitism is alive & well… especially in Europe.
